Bellissima ed importantissima esperienza quella Umbra per la PSN.
Partite sabato mattina all'alba, le ragazze di Ponte San Nicolò sono arrivate alla destinazione Preci e nel pomeriggio hanno svolto una seduta di allenamento coordinata dal preparatore Meggiorin e dal tecnico Siorini (mister Ercolin era assente per problemi di lavoro).
Nella comitiva patavina si registravano le assenze di Mazzucato, Piovan e Barcaro per impegni lavorativi e famigliari.
Da sottolineare e ringraziare la splendida accoglienza e disponibilità delle società Omnia Terni e Truffarelli Perugia che nelle persone dei loro presidenti hanno reso la tarsferta serena e tranquilla.
Nella giornata di domenica, il ritrovo con tutte le atlete e gli staff tecnici delle tre squadre impegnate nel triangolare, per pranzare insieme in un perfetto clima amichevole e di confronto.
Alle ore 16.00 il via alla manifestazione che ha visto impegnata la PSN con la Truffarelli Perugia.
Buona gara, intensa e con discreto ritmo.
La PSN mantiene il pallino del gioco ma non riesce a concretizzare in goal, di contro anche la sfortuna con due traverse e tre pali.
Risultato finale PSN - Truffarelli Perugia 1 a 2.
Seconda gara con l'Omnia Terni vinta in scioltezza dalle padovane con il risultato di 10 a 1.
Il terzo incontro ha visto prevalere Perugia su Terni per 5 a 0.
Classifica torneo: Truffarelli Perugia 6, PSN 3, Omnia terni 0.
Al termine delle gare i saluti di rito fra atlete e dirigenti, oltre ad un sonoro applauso riservato dal folto pubblico alla PSN mentre lasciavano il parquet del Palasport.
